Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you wish to return an item, please review the policy below carefully and contact our customer service team before sending anything back. Returns submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING & RETURN NOTICE
Standard shipping is free on orders totaling $199 USD or more. Free shipping applies to the original outbound shipment only.
Return shipping costs are not covered by PINKSPINK and must be paid by the customer, regardless of the original order value or whether the order qualified for free shipping.

Return Shipment Tracking Requirement
After shipping your return package, please email us the following:
- A traceable tracking number
- A photo of the return package
We will contact you once the return has been received and processed.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refund for Canceled Orders (Not Yet Shipped)
